The family-owned company RS Metali d.d. continues and develops over 80 years of tradition in casting metal products.
In two production facilities, RAPID in Virovitica and LJEVAONICA BJELOVAR in Bjelovar, we produce castings from gray, ductile and vermicular iron, as well as non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum and various types of bronze and brass.
The total capacity of all facilities together is around 12,000 tons of castings per year, and 85% of production is exported mainly to the European Union market, but also to other countries.
Thanks to continuous investment, today we have a modern and well-equipped tool room and machining facilities that enable us to produce models according to drawings or samples in a high-quality, precise and fast manner, enabling us to meet all the needs of our partners, whether it is individual or serial production of castings.
A modernly equipped mold-making facility with automatic sand preparation, core-making machines using the "Shell" process, and machines for cleaning and shot-blasting castings, enable us to produce various castings in large-scale and individual batches according to customer requirements.
The entire production is controlled by all prescribed tests in a fully equipped laboratory for testing chemical and mechanical properties.
Experienced foundry staff, as well as continuous investment in new, modern equipment and machinery, enable us to achieve a high level of casting quality, competitive prices, and compliance with agreed delivery deadlines.
The consistency of the quality of our product range is ensured by controlling all incoming raw materials, as well as final products according to the quality management system HRN EN ISO 9001:2002.
In addition to the above, we also hold ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates, and from the Croatian Register of Shipping – Approved manufacturer for the production of castings from non-ferrous metals, gray and ductile iron.
